Jake Weber, Vice President of Client Success at TriSearch, is an experienced leader in the staffing and recruiting industry. He has a focus on building partnerships with new clients through creative, customized, and effective talent solutions driven by unique, individual needs. Previously, Jake was a Senior Consultant with a healthcare recruitment firm for 7+ years, where he successfully created partnerships and delivered for clients. He directly assisted in the firm's growth and his yearly billings surpassed $1 million. Jake graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business. In addition, he was a member of Miami University's football team where he earned academic athlete awards. He currently resides in Greenville, SC with his wife Amy.
