VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The Vice President, Business Development (VPBD) is a core member of the organization and the first interaction any potential client will have with TriSearch.

THE ROLE:
​
The role of the VP, Business Development will entail:
-
Along with the leadership team, develop a business development strategy:
-
Take ownership in the development in your BD strategy; one can base the strategy on your expertise, abilities, geographies and interests aligning with developing a target list of potential clients and their needs of one of TriSearch’s 3 services.

Initiate outreach to potential clients and learn their pain points and how TriSearch can support them with one (or more) of their proprietary services.

Working with the COO, build an internal team to help develop a custom project team for each individual client.

Institute best in class business development tactics to initiate, engage and follow up with potential clients - converting them into long term TriSearch clients.

Continue to maintain relationship with existing clients.

The Vice President, Business Development (VPBD) at TriSearch is a unique position within the executive recruitment and Human Resources Consulting world.
While an integral member of the team, this person will have have the ability to:

Interact with senior level executives on a daily basis with engaging, solution oriented conversations.

Continue to utilize your skills and experiences from recruitment and HR consulting, while taking a unique and different role with high end and diverse products and services to offer clients

Have tremendous, ongoing and recurring earning structure:

Transparent, generous commission structure, paid immediately.

OTE year 1 is $250K-$300K+
-
Recurring revenue: as your clients continue using TriSearch services, you continue to earn.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
​
-
5-15+ years experience in search, recruitment, staffing, RPO or management consulting
-
Client facing experience
-
Participation in, or leading business development for recruitment, executive search or consultative project assignments
-
Understanding of internal corporate matrices and reporting relationships across industries
-
Ability and interest in working from home
-
Reliable, motivated, self-sufficient and ambitious.

ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Account Manager responsibilities include developing and managing strong relationships with clients, allocating resources across the account, data analysis, and managing candidates and clients through offer stages.
RECRUITERS
Recruiters work within all aspects of full cycle recruiting, developing sourcing strategies, managing pipelines, interviewing candidates, and interacting with hiring managers.
SOURCERS
Sourcers support the recruitment efforts by creating and implementing sourcing strategies, developing pipelines using various resources such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search strategies for open requisitions.
RECRUITING COORDINATORS
Recruiting Coordinators support the hiring process including scheduling candidate interviews, background and reference checks.
