Steve was formerly a key executive and Co-Founder at TriWorth and Managing Director of the West Coast division of JobPlex. Steve has been making a difference in the recruitment world over the past 15 years. He has created and led recruitment teams that have resulted in well over 1000 placements globally. His experience in sales and management is crucial in shaping Tri-Search in one of the industry leaders in innovative and life-changing recruitments.
Managing Partner, Founder
Bob Aylsworth is one of the founders of Tri-Search and he is based in our Denver office. He is affectionately called our team quarterback because he is responsible for getting everyone in the right position and making big plays happen. Bob is also the spirit of the team; he is known to rally behind the team even when times are tough. His beaming optimism lights up every room and sets the tone for our company.

John Grahame, a Denver native, and former professional athlete in the National Hockey League, transitioned into the business world becoming the VP of Business Development for TriWorth in 2012. He was promoted to Managing Director and his immediate impact was recognized by the prestigious Denver Business Journal as one of the top “40 under 40 Award Recipients in 2013” as they honored Denver’s young, dynamic and up-and-coming business visionaries.
Based in New York, Allison is a Managing Director with Tri-Search and our overall utility player. She has been in the industry for over seventeen years and has made placements across all functions and industries. She also manages key clients and relationships.
Previously, Allison was one of the original co-founders of TriWorth where she ran all of the businesses operations. Prior, Allison was an Executive Vice President at JobPlex and was head of research for the east coast division of DHR International. She managed 65 researchers in addition to serving as the Account Manager to a DHR board member. Allison lead projects dealing with executive searches for Fortune 500 companies and was instrumental in implementing retained search practices and methodologies to the JobPlex model.
Allison has a BS in Economics from State University of New York, Oneonta and Earned her MBA from St. John’s University.
Mr. Louis A. Freda is the Managing Director – Executive Search Division at Tri-Search LLC. Lou’s talent acquisition career began at one of the big five executive search firms. Here he created a business from the ground up and became one of the two highest billing consultants during his tenure. He captured and retained his client base from the big five firm, and as a Principle and Partner, Lou built two highly successful boutique firms. Leadership is at the core of Lou’s business foundation having served as a Vice President of Human Resources and contributing member on several executive leadership councils at Fortune 500 companies. His responsibilities were to formulate and lead the strategic direction of the companies, and mentor large global HR teams.
Throughout his consultative and corporate career, he has conducted talent acquisition projects from C-Level to individual cutting edge technology contributors. These projects encompass the functional disciplines of: technology, finance, sales/marketing, manufacturing operations, engineering, human resources and field service operations. Lou’s Linkedin recommendations state: “…reputation for quality, integrity, professionalism...down to earth; leadership and guidance impacting as a strategic HR business partnership…non threatening, collaborative communication style; dedicated to superior customer service, …highest standard of ethics both personally and professionally, …great consulting partner.”
Lou’s diversions are his four children, Habitat for Humanity, multiple church endeavors and Assistant Boy Scout Leader. Lou holds a BSBA Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and enriched his executive capabilities by attending multiple developmental programs and seminars.
Mike Tastle is the Managing Partner for our Dallas office. Mike brings over 16 years of Talent Acquisition experience including executive search, corporate consulting and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industries.
Prior to joining Tri-Search, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Accolo, a recruitment process outsourcing company. Mike joined Accolo in June of 2015 as Vice President of Customer Success and in 5 short months was promoted to Senior Vice President and tasked with overseeing all functions of the business. With a proven ability to lead a team, he turned around a declining organization and led the company to its first year of growth in over 6 years.
Mike started his professional career by founding Talent Triage, a talent acquisition professional services firm focusing on executive search and corporate consulting. Working with clients of all shapes and sizes from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations, Talent Triage was focused on working with clients to assess and improve talent acquisition programs and functions.
Mike graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a BBA in Business Management and Psychology. He is married with 1 daughter and lives in Dallas, TX.
Billy Miller is Managing Director of Business Development at Tri-Search. Playing over 10 years in the NFL with the Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, Cleveland Browns and culminating with the New Orleans Saints and a Super Bowl Championship, Billy brings a proven track record of team work and dedication to the Tri-Search team. Responsible for business development and client relationships Billy has been responsible for retaining major accounts and relationships for the firm. Specializing in large corporate as well as Private Equity backed companies, Billy’s leadership has led to very successful partnerships.
Prior to Tri-Search, Billy was the Founder of the Elite Performance Factory as well as Director of Football for Rival Sports Group. Always the optimist with a contagious personality Billy has built a great business career born from his professional sports success. Billy is married with 3 children and resides in Westlake Village, Ca.
Vice President – Business Development
Experienced as a Talent Acquisition Leader, with a Human Resources Generalist certification (12.2014), coupled with a MBA in Finance. Led teams consisting of account managers, recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and researchers/sourcing specialists. Worked on Single (executive level and mid management) searches, strategic diversity searches, Customized Project Recruiting(CPR) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing(RPO) or volume staffing projects (from 10 - 500 hires per year) and On-Demand Recruitment projects.
Specialties: strong expertise working with Sales/Business Development or Financial teams. Completed work includes permanent hires, contract hiring, seasonal hiring in business segments including IT, Operations, Engineering, Financial, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Consulting.
Vice President - Business Development
In 2018, Kristen Kenton proudly became Vice President, Business Development (and Executive Recruiter) at Tri-Search. Previously, as a Principal at Adam James International, Kristen managed the firm’s cross-functional, “Transformational Leadership” practice (senior talent needed to grow, fix, transform or exit a business) as well as the international “Diversity & Inclusion” search division.
Prior to Adam James, Kristen was the Founder & President of Kenton Talent Management (KTM), a boutique executive recruiting and consulting firm focused on middle market organizations and private equity firms on a national basis.
Kristen is happily married and a mother of a three-year old boy. She is a Colorado native and appreciates spending time in the mountains. She enjoys being connected in her community and has been a nominee of the Denver Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” and “Outstanding Women in Business” awards.
Vice President - Marketing
Michael Goetz brings 20 years of experience in journalism, marketing, communications and social media to his role of VP of Marketing at Tri-Search. Michael’s primary goal is to continually increase global thought leadership eminence and brand and social media awareness for Tri-Search.
Previously, Michael was VP of Marketing in the hospitality industry, creating viral content that boasted over 5 million views, while originating and shaping brand and website development for the start-up hotel company. Michael created and managed Facebook and LinkedIn advertising platforms as well as overseeing SEO implementation, creating original, thought leadership articles and curating ideas for SEO implementation. Prior to joining Tri-Search, Michael provided strategic guidance and produced online, print and marketing and collateral materials for a wide range of clients.
Kaylee Callahan Ng
Kaylee Callahan Ng is a Specialty Recruiter for Tri-Search. She started her career in Merchandise Product Development with a strong focus in fashion design and sales. After working in the fashion industry for years, she realized her true passion was recruiting. Kaylee has developed hiring collateral for multiple companies, created applicant tracking systems and has helped companies around the US find the right people to grow and build their businesses.
Kaylee attended Valley City State University in North Dakota and received her degree in Merchandise Product Development at the Los Angeles Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. When she is not finding the best talent, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, hiking and joining sporting events.
Robyn Sunata is a Recruitment Coordinator with Tri-Search. After receiving her degree in Fashion Merchandising, Robyn started her career with IBM/Ricoh in Boulder, CO. After several years of administrative work at IBM/Ricoh, Robyn gained an interest in recruiting. Robyn later joined TriWorth in Cherry Creek, CO as a Sourcer where she spent 2 years developing a passion for research.
Robyn is a graduate of Colorado State University and a Colorado native. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, shopping and attending concerts.
Sarah Horne segued to recruiting 7+years ago, following a successful marketing career which included managing the branding for the newly merged Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and producing the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Cannes. Sarah has led searches for marketers and engineers, designers and financial analysts: working hard to understand the needs of the client first, then sleuthing the talent that best matches. She believe that her success with hiring managers and candidates stems from understanding that managing expectation is an often overlooked, but important step.
Sarah loves the beach and art, and she and her husband recently went to Paris for a weekend to see an exhibit from the Hermitage and Pushkin collections.
Erica Posey is a Senior Recruiter with Tri-Search. Erica has about 5 years’ recruitment experience along with onsite human resources management experience handling all recruiting and employee relations. She has worked for staffing agencies as well as executive search firms within most industries handling full cycle recruiting. Erica easily develops solid relationships with both clients and candidates, and is passionate about matching top talent with her clients.
One of her favorite quotes: “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.” – Dr. Seuss. Erica enjoys hiking, tennis, story-telling and a good Chicago pizza.
Jennifer is a Sourcing Recruiter with Tri-Search. She has an extensive research background, previously working as a Research Librarian in a law firm and investment bank. She transitioned into the recruiting field, applying her research skills across multiple verticals at PrincetonOne and Advanced RPO (formerly TriWorth).
Jennifer earned a degree in Communications from Ithaca College and a Masters degree in Library Science from Queens College. Originally from New Jersey, she currently resides in New York. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and music.
Jordan Kaliher began her recruiting career at a global staffing firm. She was the top producer and managed a team of recruiters. Jordan is relationship-oriented and utilizes her degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University to ensure the right match between candidates and clients.
Jordan is persistent, adventurous, and competitive. She’s a Colorado native, but loves to travel. Her favorite city is Florence, Italy.
