Patrick Nilles is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in various industries, including software, financial services, and staffing/recruiting. He has a proven track record of developing and leading strategic growth & operational efficiency initiatives as an entrepreneurial leader.
Patrick's most recent professional experience includes serving as the Senior National Director of Magnify, a recruitment & staffing agency. In this role, he was responsible for establishing and strategically growing relationships with enterprise partners nationwide, of which Patrick’s clients accounted for more than 90% of company revenue in the Western US. During the global COVID pandemic, Patrick identified & strategically pivoted the company’s staffing focus into COVID-related healthcare roles. He successfully negotiated & secured significant healthcare staffing contracts while maintaining a superior level of service to all his clients.
Patrick has a proven ability to anticipate market needs and develop effective strategy & services to meet those needs in B2B and B2C high volume environments. Patrick thrives in challenging, impactful, and high visibility roles, while driving business development, leading executive level negotiations, and working closely with effective teams to achieve industry domination throughout his career.
Patrick spends his free time with family & making lasting memories with his 9 year old son, Parker, while enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Arizona.
