Managing Director, Programmatic Marketing

Gary S. Rozynek heads up the Programmatic Recruitment Marketing at Trisearch. Gary has over 40 years of experience in the media and advertising sector. He spent 15 years managing radio operations in Indianapolis, Washington DC and Boston.  Connoisseur Communications brought Gary on board in 1996 as a partner and to serve as their first operating executive with responsibility for both top and bottom lines. Rapidly growing the company to thirty-eight radio stations in ten markets, Connoisseur was sold to Cumulus Media in October of 2000 for $255 million.  Gary then partnered with Centre Partners, a middle market Private Equity firm to launch Maverick Media LLC, which owned and operated over 27 radio stations across the country. It was eventually sold to various buyers in 2013.

He continues to work with Centre as a limited and operating partner working with  dozens of portfolio companies they have owned and operated over the last 20 years.


As a results-oriented, hands-on executive that has created value for many companies, he believes that technology’s impact on business and society involves both evolution and revolution. Businesses need to invest in technology to accelerate their transformation and unlock value for all shareholders. Gary is married and has three children. He and his wife reside in Falmouth, MA.
