Tony began his relationship with Tri-Search as a client. At a subsequent CHRO role that coincided with the launch of Tri-Search, he partnered with founder and CEO Bob Aylsworth to design a new type of recruiting model, ultimately called Customized Project Recruitment (CPR). CPR was a huge success for Tony’s organization and adopted by many other companies. Tony later joined the Tri-Search board, and as of January 2020, stepped into a President and Co-Founder role at Tri-Search.
Tony brings over 30 years of progressive HR and Talent Acquisition experience. He spent his first decade progressing up the ranks at PepsiCo before transitioning to Financial Services by joining Morgan Stanley where he led global technical recruiting and later Lehman Brothers where he became a Managing Director leading HR for Europe and later the global Investment Management Division. Post Lehman Brothers, he has been the CHRO of two public companies (NYSE: LVLT, CBR) and several Private Equity backed organizations. While at Ciber, an IT staffing organization, he held P&L responsibility as he led the IT staffing organization that placed billable IT consultants.
As President, Mr. Fogel is responsible for ensuring Tri-Search is continuously improving, and at the forefront of Talent Acquisition technology, process, and client satisfaction.
Mr. Fogel personally leads strategic engagements for Tri-Search and has helped several clients transform their talent acquisition strategy. He advises several HR technology ventures and has served as a deal advisor and operating partner to private equity firms. He has published or contributed to articles on gender equality in hiring, engagement surveys, and how to turn job candidates into fans. He and his team have been recognized for innovations in diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and training.
